MyMicroBalance helps you plan your budget more efficiently. The tool has a straightforward interface that many users will probably find more approachable than using an Excel datasheet, for instance. Likewise, the process of creating your database is fortunately guided by a wizard. Therefore, you will not have problems to choose the preferred currency from a long list or to decide if you want to protect your data with a password. Similarly, the tool asks you for the initial account balance.
The program’s interface is characterized by having tabs with different functions. The most important of them is the first, called Balance Sheet. It shows your incomes and expenditures in two different columns. There is even color code for various categories, such as ATM, car, electronics and household. It is great that you can also add your own categories if you want to. In addition, there is a left panel from which you can perform such operations as generating receipts and expenditures. The rest of the tabs are intended to search a given operation, generate charts and preview statistics.
All in all, I am sure MyMicroBalance would be a great help in planning your personal economy. Yet, it is not meant to serve as an accounting tool for businesses, not even small ones. It has the advantage of allowing to store your data on the Cloud so that it can be accessed from your portable devices as well. The product is free to use, but there is another edition, called MyMicroBalance VIP, which has to be paid for and provides additional features such as direct search from the Balance Sheet.
Manage your personal finances, including loans, cash, bank accounts, and stocks.
